Frontline Resources
Asian countries are generally densely populated and
represent the
largest blocks of the world's main religions and philosophies such as
Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Animism and Communism. Although people in
some Asian countries are highly responsive to the Gospel, many of these
countries have laws restricting its propagation and practice, and
forbid the work of Christians from the West. Tragically, often those
who give their lives to Jesus in these countries are persecuted.
Most Westerners - to this day - believe Communism died with the fall of the "Iron Curtain". Sadly, Communism remains alive and well behind the "Bamboo Curtain". Five of the top ten countries where Christians are the most severely persecuted are Communist! One on the top ten countries is a military regime, Burma,, Burma, and surprisingly, only four of the top ten countries are Islamic regimes. There are a some situations where newer models with faster processors, RAM, software, etc. are required and would be extremely helpful. However, most needs can be met with good working older models (laptops with at least Word Processing, email software and a built-in modem are preferred). for Bible Training: Frontline Resources hosts
several four-day seminiars in ARNA:
"How to Study & Teach the Bible", "Biblical/Spiritual
Leadership" and "Serving as a 'Sending' Church".
It
costs about
*$50 per pastor for a
four-day seminar, which includes food,
lodging and travel. On behalf of the
first-level house church leaders requesting this training, we deeply
appreciate your sponsorship that helps offset the exponentially growing
